Bella Nelson, Eva Klingbeil, Mia Prok and Madison Shults of Real Training Track Club, representing Niwot High in Colorado, won the girls 4xMile relay for the first time in program history by clocking 19:48.12 at Nike Outdoor Nationals at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Real Training became the first girls program since Rockford High in Michigan in 2000 to sweep the 4x800, 4xMile and distance medley relay in the same year. Niwot now boasts the second- and third-fastest outdoor times in U.S. prep history.
